We will do our best to honor reservation requests
for specific sites. However, if the site you
request has already been reserved, and we are
unable to honor your specific request, we will be
happy to suggest other sites we feel are similar
to the requested site.
All reservations must be confirmed with the
appropriate deposit for the time reserved, as
listed on our Rates page. Once your deposit has
been  processed  you will receive a written
confirmation via USPS Priority Mail. Please bring
your written confirmation card with you during
registration.

Reservations are Highly
Recommended during the Summer &
for Holiday Weekends.
We accept deposits in Cash, Mastercard, Visa, Discover Card & Travelers Checks, in US Funds only.
Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to your confirmed arrival date for a deposit refund.
Reservations made under false pretenses will not be honored.  
No Refunds for shortened stays.
Sweetwater's Reservation Specialists will gladly help you complete the reservation
process, and will make every attempt to honor special requests. Once your deposit has
been received, a written confirmation will be sent by mail, and via email if an email
address is provided.
Specific campsites may be requested and reserved.  When reserving a specific site we
require that you have camped with us before, or have toured Sweetwater to select your site
in person. Our staff must check for site availability prior to accepting a deposit for any site,
specific or not.  Members of our staff will be happy to call or email you at your convenience to
complete the reservation process. All calls are replied back to, at our expense within 24 hours.

Our sites are wooded and spaciously sized for the type of equipment each was designed for.
Each site is different and possess many unique, natural features that have make them the
favorites of families who reserve them year after year.  At Sweetwater Forest we feel that
direct communication via phone, or in person, with a member of our experienced Office Staff is
the key to insuring the site you reserve will be all that you hope it to be-and more!
