| Many families who were the first to become members of Sweetwater's Seasonal Community had been | |
| long time campers who already spent many complete summers at Sweetwater Forest, year after year. It was among this group who began to upgrade their Camping units & RVs to Park Models, since as a type of towable typee of RV trailer, with all the amenities of home-and more. Should owners ever wish to sell a Park Model outside of Sweetwater, or for other reasons move it to a new location that's totally possible. |

| Park Model RVs are towed in Recreational Dwellings, and are not mobile homes or | |
| considered as a Primary Residence, although many we sell do have all the comforts of home, and then some! | ||
| Floorplans vary, from families with young boys who love the bunk-house models, while | |
| even the pickiest of teens claims the loft as their own on site-almost smiling while doing so. | ||
| Some Seasonal sites have expansive views overlooking the meadows and field's of | |
| Sweetwater Farms, which abuts an entire length of D-Area. |

| Sweetwater Forest's Seasonal Camping Program was conceived as a result of the impact the Gas Crisis of the late 1970's had on many of the families who made annual pilgrimages as soon as school let out from towns in NY, NJ, MD, CT, MA, NH, VT, ME and eastern Canada so the family could enjoy another full summer on Cape Cod, while camping at Sweetwater Forest. The Seasonal Camping Concept was an immediate hit, and remains so. The Seasonal Campers program was designed to provide our Seasonals with the convenience of not having to break down each site and clear it of all camping gear, to store it for a fee in our storage area. Part of what we offer our Seasonals is the elective use of optional on-site off-season storage. All who opt to store their units throughout the off-season will be required to submit a personal property tax form to the Town of Brewster. All Seasonals adhere to a specified payment schedule which allows them a fee that is notably discounted from that of our daily transient fees. Approximately 100 sites are designated for use as Seasonal sites. As technology shrank in physical size, the many conveniences it provided continued to grow in leaps and bounds. Technology impacted the RV industry with a bang! In the late 1970's, during the Gas Crisis, the appearance on the market of an innovative new type of RV, called the "Park Models" as shown on this page, made its appearance to the delight of a baby boomer market, from couples with young children to those with grandchildren of their own. The Park Model RV is designed, marketed and built for families-at prices families can afford, while providing everything a family could ever desire in an RV. Prices are comparable to those of tagalong or "pull" trailers of the same length-with slides. For the most part, our Seasonal Sites are in D & T Areas, with a few Seasonals on the D-Area side of A-Area. T-Area was designed to be designated exclusively for Seasonal use. Park Model RVs are not mobile homes and may not be used or claimed as the primary residence of any camper who purchases time using our recreational facility, Sweetwater Forest, to set their gear up on and use for recreational camping. |

| The RV Park Models we sell have many of the perks of home, and then some. |
| Park Model Recreational Trailers are not considered mobile homes. |
| We do not permit Mobile Homes, year around living, or primary residences to be at Sweetwater Forest. |
| Park Models are RVs preferred by many who return to the same campground or resort year after year. Rather | |
| than bringing their RVs home, they choose to store them at the Campground during the off-season. This allows folks to personalize their sites, and really get to know their slice of Cape Cod Camping heaven! |
| Park Models have front trailer hitches which make them movable with a pickup truck as are the portable 3 | |
| season rooms built on movable trailers that many Seasonals with Park Models use to better enjoy their outdoor surroundings-and for a longer period of time despite seasonal weather changes. |
| Our Seasonal Camping Program offers elective, free on-site storage of Seasonal Units so they do not have to be | |
| broken down and taken home during the off-season. |
| However, whenever possible we work with our clients to sell their Park Model Trailers to qualified buyers who | |
| plan to keep them on the site the unit is currently on. |
| We strictly enforce all season rules, including requiring that all Seasonal Campers respect the facility, and keep | |
| all items off of the green buffer zones that are to be kept between all sites. |
